Boutique Hotel Bedside Cabinets

It was hard work but we finally finished them! 30 bedside cabinets commissioned for the new soho house boutique hotel project in Berlin. Constructed from steel in the style of a 1950s reclaimed german medical cabinet. A polished finish with radius edges to the front and top, a single fitted shelf and drawer with a patinated brass handle. Made to the sizes specified by the client and delivered on schedule and on budget.

Part of the order is pictured above as we load them onto our van for delivery. We can offer small runs of bepoke designed cabinets for your project. Contact us in the first instance and let us know what your requirements are.

Livingetc April 2010

Our salvaged illuminated vintage metal letters have been featured in this month's Livingetc magazine. Photography Chris Everard, Styling Harriet Paterson. Our full stock of these lamps are now in-store and we will be updating them to our website as soon as possible.

Following the current trend for oversize lamps and bright colours we also have coming into stock a large quantity of astounding restored vintage factory tube lamps. Salvaged from factories in the Czech Republic these lamps are now rewired and refitted with new old stock fittings.

They are very impressive with polished aluminium cases and the original glass tube lenses. The flourescents can be colour adjusted to suit with a coloured gel tube. Almost any colour is available. Let us know your requirements?

also available at selfridges

We are very pleased to have been invited to display and sell our furniture at london's leading department store - Selfridges. Our first consignment has been delivered to the store and is on sale now. There are already a good selection of our signature pieces of reclaimed and restored vintage industrial tables, chairs, design and lighting as well as a few unique pieces created in our own atelier and not available elsewhere.
If you are in the West End do pop in and have a browse. You will find us on the Lower Ground Floor next to the Yellow Cafe.

another chair

It is hard to guess, but yes the model is sitting on one of our chairs! Our vintage industrial machinist stool...is on trend...Photography Willy Vanderperre - Styling Panos Yiapanis for Another Magazine - 18th issue Bi-Annual Spring/Summer 2010. (And very special thanks to Alun Davies)

through the window

Some of our new finds are always on display in our shop windows - subject to size.

On display at the moment we have an eclectic mix. A very nice set of printers drawers with a zinced metal top, a set of 3 opaline light fixtures with original bakelite galleries, a small selection of our current run of restored, rewired and polished metal illuminated letters, and a good sized factory clock in found condition.

A big thankyou to Rupert (not pictured) for his very versatile 'recycled drawer' window display.

The simple yet beautifully detailed reclaimed antique school library table and set of 10 cox chairs display nicely with the clock.
